4th - 6th Grade Football Player and Cheerleader Dismissal on Thursday, Sept. 26th.
We are excited about this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our football players and cheerleaders as they head to the Big House for their games on Thursday, September 26th! To ensure the 4th - 6th graders participating have plenty of time to prepare for their games, scheduled at 5:00 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. respectively, we will be releasing these students at 2:00 p.m. Due to the time of the 7/8 Grade Game, those students will be dismissed at their regularly scheduled time of 2:33 p.m.
Pick-up will occur in the designated student pick-up lane outside the café. Staff members will be available to assist you in signing out your student(s) before they are released. After signing out, we will radio into the café, and your student(s) will be sent out to your vehicle. If you have an older student that you will be picking up at the same time, you will be able to sign them out at the cafe as well.
We kindly ask that you remain in your car, and we will come to you for the sign-out process. Once we have received your signature, we will then call your student to the car. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us make this process smooth and efficient.

Just a quick reminder that tomorrow, September 11 is an early release day. 6-8 Grade Release at 12:33pm and 4/5 Grade release at 1:38pm. Students are expected to leave campus at their dismissal times. Athletes with games or practices will need to make arrangements to return at their respective report times.

Good Afternoon 6-8 Families,
The first two days of school have been nothing short of exciting! The students have shown incredible enthusiasm, and it has been wonderful to see them reconnect with friends and engage in their learning. We’ve already begun exploring new topics and building a positive classroom communities. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to serve the students and staff at OMS.
I also wanted to share that today, we sent home the Chromebook Loan Agreement Forms with students. Please ensure that these are returned by Monday, August 26th, so we can distribute Chromebooks to all of our students promptly. 4-8th grade families, we have an awesome Summer School opportunity for your student/s this summer! We have several openings available on a first come, first serve basis. There are two segments for this program: June 10-27 and July 29-August 15 (M-Th all weeks). This will be held at OMS from 9:00AM-11:30AM each day.
