Parents: Please complete the appropriate form below if your student needs additional support. Referral forms are submitted to the designated building counselor. A follow up communication will come from the appropriate staff member to address the support required.

Student well-being and safety is a priority. Olivet Community Schools incorporates several supports for monitoring and supporting students’ mental and emotional well-being.

• Student Support Counselors will share resources with families directly, webpage or email.

• Counselors, administrators and other staff will reach out to families and students who may need additional supports and services.

• Counselors will offer individual and scheduled counseling appointments during office hours.

• Counselors will provide a district support web page including: simple parent tips, coping and self-care mindfulness, resources for managing fears, autism specific information, and relevant community supports.
